From something as simple as correct data entry, to excellent customer reviews, setting the standard is something we are ready to reward. And the August Winner is:  🎉Michael Bender🎉 **Why:** Michael has been recognised this month for his consistent effort and disciplined approach. He ensures his activities are always recorded accurately, building strong and ongoing relationships which provide consistent opportunities. Beyond the numbers, Michael brings a positive attitude and is the type of teammate everyone enjoys working with. His steady contribution ensures the industrial painters have ongoing work. Although moving from a PM role, Michael still provides assistance to the operations team when needed to ensure positive outcomes for our customers and trades people. It’s this type of behaviours that make him a worthy recipient of this month’s award. **What we can learn:** Michael’s consistency, commitment to process, and willingness to contribute set the kind of example that strengthens the whole team.
