I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of IOC Security Department to thank Wade Woods and Paul Connolly's assistance on the 10/6/24.

We had a female passenger flying out of T1 International terminal, while speaking on the phone at dep check in K kerbside she dropped her phone and needed assistance to retrieve her phone due to the location as she only had a short time to her departure.

I spoke to FM hub and requested if I can speak to Wade.

Wade and Paul attended the location and out of their own good will assisted our team and we retrieved the phone and passenger was very emotional and thankful due to so many memories on the phone she would of lost.

Further to the above we always found both Wade and Paul to be extremely helpful and wont hesitate to go out of their way to help us."
