Programmed proudly hosted its first Victorian and Utilities Apprentice and Trainee Awards evening, honouring the outstanding contributions of 41 Apprentices and Trainees across facility management, maintenance services, and water network operations. This milestone event brought together talent from diverse trades, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical fitting, showcasing the strength and future of Australia’s essential services.

From school-based Apprentices and Trainees to 4th-year apprentices, attendees represented every stage of the journey. Senior leaders engaged directly with apprentices, hearing inspiring stories of growth and resilience.
