Following the launch of Programmed Facility Management’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we’re excited to begin our RAP Video Series this NAIDOC Week.
Over the next couple of weeks, you’ll hear directly from members of our RAP Working Group (RWG) and First Nations partners, sharing their reflections, stories, and the meaningful actions we’re taking to support reconciliation and deepen cultural understanding across our business.
📹 In conversation with Lynette & Andrew
First up, meet Lynette Graham, our National Social Inclusion Manager and Andrew Kotsimbos, Senior Bid Writer.
In these short videos, Lynette and Andrew speak from the heart about what reconciliation means to them, to Programmed, and most importantly, to the communities we serve.
📹 In conversation with Amelia & Gary
Next, we meet Amelia Wilson, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Gary Gietzmann, Head of Procurement.
They share how reconciliation is being embedded within their areas of work and highlight some of the initiatives we're driving to support First Nations communities.
You can also explore our full RAP here.
Sincerely,
RAP Working Group (RWG)
