Since 2019, Programmed has proudly partnered with Sydney Airport to enhance its operations —driving cost efficiencies while delivering smarter, more sustainable asset outcomes through advanced processes, systems, and analytics.
We’re excited to announce the renewal of our partnership for another year! Even more significantly, Sydney Airport has officially joined our ISO55001-certified contracts family—a significant milestone in our shared Strategic Asset Management journey.
This achievement reflects our commitment to innovation, efficiency, and excellence in asset management.
Contract expansions
Southern Queensland Correctional Precinct Stage 2

We are pleased to share that Programmed has been selected as the Facilities Management services provider for the new Southern Queensland Correctional Precinct Stage 2 (SQCP2), a 1,536-bed maximum-security facility adjacent to Gatton Prison. These services will be delivered as part of our existing Gatton Prison maintenance agreement in Queensland, which will continue to at least 2028 in its current form.
This milestone strengthens Programmed’s long-term partnership with Queensland Corrective Services, providing high-quality facility management for one of the state’s most advanced correctional facilities.
Woodside Greenfield Construction in Karratha

We're excited to announce Western Australia’s latest success—securing the Project Management Services contract for Woodside’s Greenfield Construction Supervision in Karratha. This project includes overseeing the delivery of 30 new homes, ensuring quality, timely completion, and seamless execution. Programmed will oversee contractors, compliance, and quality, ensuring smooth execution with contingencies and a 12-month defect liability period.
Additionally, we're leading the Pergola Replacement Project, handling planning, contractor engagement, and HSEQ compliance.
This win strengthens our partnership with Woodside and reaffirms our expertise in project management and construction supervision. Kudos to the team for this fantastic achievement!

Celebrating one year of partnership: Programmed & FedEx Australia

One year ago, Programmed Facility Management proudly embarked on a new journey with FedEx Australia, delivering a comprehensive Integrated Facilities Management Solution across their 48 national sites, covering over 6,000 assets. To this day, we have delivered around 2,800 work orders nationwide, and we celebrate a successful first year of collaboration, innovation, and shared success.
Since being awarded the contract, our dedicated team has delivered full facility maintenance and grounds services, site fit-out management, and a 20-site line marking program, keeping FedEx’s operations running safely, smoothly and efficiently. We also completed a comprehensive asset verification within the first few months, streamlining maintenance practices and enhancing service delivery.
Through our partnership, we have supported FedEx’s mission of connecting people and possibilities, contributing to their extensive network of depots, vehicles, and workforce of over 4,500 employees across Australia.
Reflecting on this milestone, I’m thrilled we’ve passed the anniversary mark with FedEx. Our collaboration has fostered outstanding results, and we remain committed to continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery. As we look ahead, Programmed is excited to strengthen this partnership further, enhancing operational efficiencies and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Ministry of Education: Celebrating the 500th school upgrade

We’re thrilled to celebrate a major milestone in our partnership with the Ministry of Education—500 schools upgraded through the Ngā Iti Kahurangi Programme!
This achievement reflects the dedication, collaboration, and hard work that have gone into transforming small and remote schools across New Zealand into modern, safe, and energy-efficient learning environments. More than just a number, this milestone represents thousands of tamariki and kaimahi who now benefit from improved spaces designed to inspire learning and growth.
