Submit your selfie to WIN!
Welcome to the March edition of our Work and Smile Selfie Challenge and the next installment our 'Selfies on site: showcase your location' challenge!
What's something unique about the area you work in? Whether its the sparkling blue sea surrounding Wadjemup Rottnest Island, the fresh green fields serviced by our grounds staff, or a hang out at your local office space - we want to see it all!
This month, we've handed the title of top selfie to Gavin Black for his group effort and wonderful message that really encapsulates our Work and Smile vision - all while in a location with challenging conditions! 🔥
Each quarter, we'll be sharing a new challenge theme, with your selfies going into the draw to win a $250 AUD e-gift card!* We'll be sharing your submissions each month and shortlisting a top selfie, with the shortlisted entries voted on by YOU at the end of each quarter to decide our overall winner.

"Awesome teamwork on a Saturday, between Soft Services, Maintenance, Inventory Management to execute works normally outside of their personal scope.
Everyone really pulled together to go above and beyond for the client on this day. Teamwork like this truly commendable and shows a strong commitment to our customer satisfaction during difficult staffing times and challenging weather, 38+deg and 83% humidity."

“My team - there's no I in team. We are all in this together. I love to enable my team to learn, to have fun, to grow and to flourish. Even if it means sometimes that they will learn and then move on to their next adventure - it’s so rewarding to empower people, train them up - see them fly.
