Employee Benefits Survey - We'd love your input!

We’re inviting all employees to complete our Employee Benefits Survey to help us understand which benefits matter most to you, and what you’d like to see more of in the future.

As part of this, we’re exploring the possibility of partnering with Fitness Passport and would like to gauge interest in this offering.

What is Fitness Passport?

Fitness Passport is a corporate health and wellbeing program that provides employees (and their families) with access to a wide network of gyms, pools, and fitness facilities under a single, cost effective membership. The program is designed to remove barriers to exercise by offering flexibility, choice, and convenience, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

To complete the survey, please follow the link below. The survey will remain open until 31 July 2026. Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your feedback - your input will help us continue to provide benefits that are truly meaningful and relevant for everyone. By completing the survey you'll also go in the draw to win 1 of 2, $100 WISH gift cards!

We’re excited to share that in partnership with QBE, Programmed will be participating in the Moving Mindz Resilient Future Challenge 2026 - an evidence-based wellbeing program designed to strengthen resilience, support mental health, and build stronger connections across teams.

This 56-day, team-based challenge focuses on small, everyday actions that can have a meaningful impact over time.

With only 200 spots available, employees will have the opportunity to take part in daily activities, build positive habits and connect with colleagues across the business.

There will also be prizes and incentives along the way to recognise participation and team engagement.

Start thinking about who you’d like to team up with and keep an eye out for more information over the coming weeks - registrations will be opening soon.

We hope you find these updates helpful and that they inspire you to make the most of your employee benefits.
