On National Mentoring Day, we proudly recognise the valuable contribution of our mentors across Programmed and the positive impact they have on the growth and development of others. Our mentors generously share their time, experience and insights to help others build confidence, broaden their networks, navigate challenges and achieve their career goals. Mentoring is one way we support learning, development, and career growth across our business. Through meaningful mentoring connections, employees have the opportunity to learn from others with different experiences, perspectives, and expertise, helping to accelerate professional growth. Since launching our mentoring program, participation has continued to grow, with multiple intakes bringing together mentors and mentees from across the organisation. To date, the program has facilitated more than 100 mentoring connections, creating valuable opportunities for employees to learn, develop and grow. Thank you to our Mentors Today, we extend our sincere thanks to every mentor who has volunteered their time, shared their expertise, and supported the development of others.
