Complete the 3-minute Sonder Wellbeing Assessment for a chance to win a $1,500 travel voucher!
May is a time when many organisations focus on mental wellbeing and self‑care - and on the importance of taking a proactive approach to overall wellbeing.
It’s a good reminder that looking after ourselves isn’t just something we do when we’re struggling, or when something feels wrong, but something that works best when it’s part of our everyday routine.
Wellbeing is more than just mental health. It includes how we’re sleeping, managing stress, staying physically active, recovering between workdays, and finding balance in our day‑to‑day lives. Taking small, proactive steps can help prevent issues from building up and support us to stay healthy, focused, and resilient.
To support a proactive approach, the Sonder wellbeing assessment competition has been extended until the end of May. The extension is designed to give everyone the opportunity to take part when it works best for them.
The Sonder wellbeing check-in only takes around three minutes and helps you reflect on key aspects of wellbeing, including stress levels, sleep, mood, and energy, while also connecting you with practical resources and support options if needed.
