We are thrilled to announce that Expressions of Interest for our Internal Mentoring Program are now open across the entire PERSOL | Programmed team in Australia and New Zealand. At Programmed, we strongly advocate *It’s Your Career, Your Opportunity*. We encourage and support our people to actively pursue their goals - whether that’s advancing, diversifying, or excelling in their current role. This program aims to bring this to life by connecting experienced, knowledgeable leaders with emerging talent from across the business. By opening the program more broadly, we are creating even greater opportunities for **cross-divisional collaboration, fresh perspectives, and meaningful connections**. You told us through the engagement survey that you’re looking for more development and career opportunities.
