Inspired by these conversations, I'm excited to introduce 'Ask Our Leaders' - a new Q&A video series allowing a direct line of communication through to myself and the Facility Management Leadership Team Our Town Halls in [VIC](https://blog.programmed.com.au/fmnewshub/facility-management-town-hall-full-event-recording), [WA](https://blog.programmed.com.au/fmnewshub/facility-management-town-hall-wa-full-event-recording), and [NZ](https://blog.programmed.com.au/fmnewshub/facility-management-town-hall-nz-full-event-recording)have offered an excellent opportunity to have your voice heard and help our leaders to understand exactly what matters most to our people, and this new series will allow us to expand upon this conversation beyond the Town Hall. Whether your question is about our strategy, day-to-day operations, opportunities for growth, or our Programmed culture - we want to hear from you. You can choose to either write your question anonymously, or even ask our leaders 'face to face' by submitting a video asking your question.
