In celebration of NAIDOC Week—a time to honour the history, culture, and achievements of First Nations peoples, we are proud and excited to officially launch Programmed Facility Management’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Our RAP represents a significant and strategic step forward in our reconciliation journey. It sets out a clear framework and vision, outlining actions that will guide our organisation in fostering meaningful relationships, respect, and opportunities with First Nations communities. This group has worked collaboratively to develop our RAP and plan the deliverables over the next two years. The diversity of our RWG reflects the strength of our workforce and the collective drive to create lasting, positive change. We are proud to share that in July 2024, our RAP received formal endorsement from Reconciliation Australia.
