There’s plenty to celebrate across our Staffing business, with new agreements with long-standing customers Lion and Kuehne & Nagel, and a new apprenticeship partnership building the talent of the future with Synergy in Western Australia. --- **Lion - Partnership extended across Australia and New Zealand** ![JSH\_8678](https://blog.programmed.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Internal%20Comms/CEO%20and%20ELT/JSH_8678.jpg?width=500&height=333&name=JSH_8678.jpg) Programmed and PERSOL have extended our long-standing partnership with Lion, one of the region’s best-known beverage companies, across Australia and New Zealand. Our relationship has grown steadily for over a decade, and we’re thrilled to be embarking on an extended journey together. This relationship has been built over many years of working together and understanding what Lion’s teams need on the ground. This extension demonstrates Lion's trust and confidence in us, and we look forward to continuing to deliver for their developing workforce needs. Through the extended term, we will stay focused on attracting and retaining quality candidates, keeping workforce continuity across Lion's sites, holding strong safety and compliance standards, and adapting our recruitment and staffing support as requirements change.  --- Kuehne & Nagel - New three-year contract Programmed Skilled Workforce and PERSOL have signed a new three-year contract with Kuehne & Nagel across Australia, an exceptional national customer. It continues a relationship spanning more than eight years, built on mutual trust, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence. Kuehne & Nagel is one of the world's leading logistics providers, delivering freight forwarding, contract logistics and supply chain management. Its Australian operations support customers across retail, automotive, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. Each sector brings different demands, which makes Programmed’s dependable workforce support an important part of keeping operations moving. Winning a new three-year term is a clear signal of Kuehne & Nagel’s confidence in us, and a credit to the collaboration between our teams and theirs. --- Synergy - New apprenticeships and bright futures in Collie ![Synergy Picture](https://blog.programmed.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Internal%20Comms/CEO%20and%20ELT/Synergy%20Picture.jpg?width=500&height=403&name=Synergy%20Picture.jpg) Synergy, a trusted provider of electricity in Western Australia, has partnered with Programmed's Group Training Organisation to provide employment and training for eight apprentices across 2027 and 2028 at Muja Power Station in Collie.   This partnership strengthens our commitment to developing skilled workforces and creating meaningful career pathways across regional Australia. While the power station is approaching the end of its operational life, it remains home to a highly skilled workforce with decades of knowledge and experience to share with the next generation of tradespeople. Apprentices will learn directly from experienced electrical and mechanical engineering professionals while working towards nationally recognised trade qualifications, gaining exposure to a broad range of industries and workplaces. This partnership demonstrates the value of Programmed's Group Training model. By connecting apprentices with quality training environments and diverse employment opportunities, we help develop the skilled workers needed to support both local communities and future industry requirements. For Collie, the initiative supports workforce development and creates opportunities for local people to establish rewarding careers. For Programmed, it reinforces our role as a trusted workforce partner helping organisations build capability while supporting individuals to succeed in their chosen trades. --- These are three very different partnerships, but each demonstrates the commitment of our people and the trust and confidence our customers place in Programmed.
