Here at Programmed, we have a long history of investing in the talent of tomorrow through engaging apprentices and trainees in a diverse range of training packages and qualifications, from Certificate II through to Advanced Diploma level. To make sure our programs remain effective and engaging and properly equip our trainees with the skills they need to succeed, the Learning & Development (L&D) team recently caught up with Sydney Water’s apprentice team. Apprenticeships and traineeships fall under the important developmental pathway of Vocational Training, and with over 500 nationally recognised qualifications available, there’s something for everyone to try – both new and existing employees!
