New 'Greenwashing' training module now live

Written by Facility Management | Apr 29, 2026 4:50:53 AM

As sustainability continues to shape the way we do business, how we communicate our commitments has never been more important.

That’s why we’re pleased to launch our new Greenwashing Training Module, now available on PageUp.

This 5–10 minute eLearning provides a clear and practical introduction to greenwashing - what it is, why it matters, and the risks it can pose to our business if not properly understood. Through real-world examples and common scenarios, you’ll learn how to identify misleading claims and better navigate sustainability conversations.

The module also offers practical guidance you can apply in your day-to-day role - whether you’re engaging with clients, customers, suppliers, contractors, or even posting on social media. Any sustainability-related statement we make must be accurate, evidence-based, and aligned with our commitments to protect our reputation and the integrity of the work we’re doing.

The module also introduces the concept of greenhushing - a growing trend where organisations under-communicate sustainability efforts - and explores what that could mean for us.

We encourage all managers and team members to complete this training to strengthen awareness, support accurate and responsible communication, and help protect the integrity of our sustainability commitments.

You can access the training now via PageUp. If you don’t have access, please contact the Sustainability Team to request a PowerPoint version of the training.

Thank you for taking the time to build your sustainability capability and support our shared goals.

Sincerely,

The Sustainability Team
