Sonder replaces our previous EAP provider, Converge, and gives you 24/7 access to wellbeing, non-work-related medical and personal safety support through one easy-to-use app. This partnership supports our *Work and Smile – For All of Us* vision by making wellbeing proactive and accessible every day, not just during difficult times. Branches and Client Sites will need to update their local documentation, such as project and emergency plans, to reference Sonder instead of Converge.
