We're proud to share that Programmed and PERSOL have been named finalists for Outstanding Progress in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the 2026 SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards (SARAs).

The award recognises organisations that go beyond standalone initiatives and make inclusion part of everyday work. It celebrates employers that embed diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) across recruitment, leadership, workplace policies and employee experience.

This outstanding recognition reflects the work happening across Programmed and PERSOL’s Staffing business to create opportunities for people from all backgrounds in a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and supported to succeed.

This commitment is brought to life through our inclusive recruitment practices, leadership and awareness training, flexible work arrangements, community partnerships, and programs that support underrepresented groups to access meaningful employment opportunities.

David Hele, Executive General Manager, IIT & PERSOL ANZ, says the recognition is a proud achievement for the business.

Building an inclusive workplace is a true team effort to which all of us contribute every day. This nomination is a credit to all directly involved in our DE&I efforts as well as all staff who consistently put our values into action.

While we’re honoured to receive this recognition, we know that DE&I is an ongoing journey. We remain committed to continuing this important work and creating positive, lasting outcomes across both our own workplace and the recruitment industry.
