At Programmed, we believe that when we understand why we work, people, businesses and communities thrive. Whether our teams work for me, for we, for us or for all of us - when we know our reason why, we Work and Smile.  Today, we're thrilled to share our vision with the world through our new Work and Smile ad - now airing across all of our social channels. The ad stars several of our Programmed Facility Management and Property Services team members, including the final voiceovers. A huge thanks to Ashley Maklin - Apprentice, Cameron Barnes - Electrician, Brett Hay - Facility Manager Terminals, and Sharun Benny - Reliability Engineer for sharing their interview talents!   Programmed teams walk the green carpet at ad launch watch party This morning, 21 November, we celebrated the launch of our new ad at a special watch party event, welcoming our Programmed movie stars and business leaders to view the production on the big screen! The opportunity to sit back with some popcorn and watch the heartwarming new ad together was a fantastic way to celebrate our team members' contribution, and our Work and Smile vision.
