This event was an outstanding opportunity for Programmed to showcase the scope of the Business Analyst role and connect with the next generation of talent in the industry. Over four hours of engaging content and activities, the session began with a high-level introduction to Programmed, its values, and the role of Facility Management. An interactive quiz kept students actively involved and helped reinforce key takeaways. The Graduate Program and Career Pathways were also introduced, offering insights into the exciting opportunities available to aspiring business analysts. Real-world case studies brought the team’s work to life, showing how theory translates into practice. The session concluded with a networking opportunity, allowing students to meet the team one-on-one, ask questions, and explore potential career paths.
