In addition, we will also be delivering part of Seqwater’s accommodation strategy, encompassing installations, alterations and modifications, removals and upgrades across identified sites in their property portfolio. What makes this partnership truly special is the collaboration across our Programmed businesses. With Programmed Property Services delivering Grounds Maintenance, we're able to showcase the true strength of our integrated model. It's this seamless alignment of services that allows us to deliver smarter, more cohesive outcomes for our customers, and that's what sets Programmed apart. **💧 About the customer**   ![SEQWater-1024x576](https://blog.programmed.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/PFM/PFM%20Internal%20Comms/CEO/SEQWater-1024x576.jpg?width=600&height=338&name=SEQWater-1024x576.jpg)   As one of Australia’s largest and most geographically diverse water utilities, Seqwater plays a critical role in managing flood mitigation services, maintaining catchment health, enabling community recreation, and supporting more than 1,200 farmers with irrigation across seven water supply schemes. This marks an important chapter for Programmed as we expand our footprint in South East Queensland and continue to build on our deep experience in the water sector. This partnership marks a significant milestone and strengthens our commitment to supporting essential infrastructure providers with reliable, comprehensive solutions that improve operational performance and community outcomes. We look forward to working closely with Seqwater to help ensure the continued resilience, safety and sustainability of water services across South East Queensland. Simone Dalley, Manager Property, Fleet and Facilities at Seqwater said being able to stage the go-live of services delivered by Programmed will ensure a seamless transition across the business. “Centralising the delivery and administration of our soft services and minor office accommodation works will allow us to ensure our assets are well-maintained and positioned to meet our needs now and into the future.” 📅 Mobilisation Programmed's mobilisation with Seqwater began in July. Planning is well underway for transition of minor accommodation works from 1 August, with immediate work on finalising the scope for delivery. Facilities management services will transition from 1 September.
