Every day is a chance to learn from others, and what I've learned is that kindness is contagious. Whether it's a coffee from a workmate, a stuffed toy left on my desk for motivation, or someone taking the time to help me, these little gestures mean so much. We're more than colleagues. We're a community that supports each other, shares knowledge, and pays it forward. That's what makes me smile every day. ❤️☕🧸✨ The things that stay with me most are often the simplest ones. A colleague buying me a coffee when I need a pick-me-up. A stuffed toy left on my desk to motivate me during a busy week. A smile, a laugh, or a kind word when it's needed most. These are the moments that money can't buy. They remind me that work is more than deadlines and tasks. It's about connection, kindness, and knowing that even the smallest gestures can make someone feel valued and cared for. That's why I work and smile, because the little things often mean the most. ☕🧸😊" --- If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with [yasmin.delaine@programmed.com.au](mailto:yasmin.delaine@programmed.com.au)  ## More Recent Posts #### [![Celebrating the power of Mentoring at Programmed](https://blog.programmed.com.au/hubfs/Internal%20Comms/Learning%20and%20Development/mentoring%20blog.png) *Oct 27, 2026, 10:30:00 AM | Culture & Community* Celebrating the power of Mentoring at Programmed](https://blog.programmed.com.au/newshub/celebrating-the-power-of-mentoring-at-programmed) #### [![Work and Smile Selfie Challenge - Different Jobs, One Programmed - October edition](https://blog.programmed.com.au/hubfs/Internal%20Comms/Work%20and%20Smile/Selfie%20Challenge/Copy%20of%20selfie%20challenge%20org%20wide%2026.png) *Oct 27, 2026, 10:25:00 AM | Work and Smile* Work and Smile Selfie Challenge - Different Jobs, One Programmed - October edition](https://blog.programmed.com.au/newshub/work-and-smile-selfie-challenge-different-jobs-one-programmed-october-edition) #### [![Safe Work Month - For All - Final week](https://blog.programmed.com.au/hubfs/Internal%20Comms/Safety/safety%20month%20ceo%20blog%20(5).png) *Oct 26, 2026, 10:30:00 AM | Safety* Safe Work Month - For All - Final week](https://blog.programmed.com.au/newshub/safe-work-month-for-all-final-week) [Return Home](https://blog.programmed.com.au/newshub) [![RGB-Endt-Horz-Rev-RGB150](https://blog.programmed.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/PFM%20Internal%20Comms/RGB-Endt-Horz-Rev-RGB150.png?width=500&height=178&name=RGB-Endt-Horz-Rev-RGB150.png "RGB-Endt-Horz-Rev-RGB150")](https://programmed.com.au/)   Level 32 Tower 2, 727 Collins Street, Collins Square, Melbourne, Victoria 3008 [tel:](tel:)   - Programmed Australia - [About](https://programmed.com.au/about/our-company/) - [Our Services](https://programmed.com.au/services/) - [Our Locations](https://programmed.com.au/australia/) - [Latest News](https://programmed.com.au/news-insights/) - [Search Jobs](https://www.jobs.programmed.com.au/jobs/) © Programmed.
