It's time to cast your vote for our overall Work and Smile Selfie Challenge WINNER for the quarter February - April 2026!

In this round of the competition, you've been sharing your achievements big and small with our 'Proud Moments' challenge.

Today, we're sharing our awesome submissions from April 2026.

We've handed this month's top spot to Tevita Moala for his thoughtful reflections on what Work and Smile means to him, proudly enjoying the small things and helping the team.

Before we get into our April submissions, you can vote for your favourite selfie this quarter - Chris Hosking, Bayley and Seli, or Tevita Moala! Our overall winner will receive a $250 AUD gift card.

Voting closes COB 8 May - and then we'll announce our winner, as well as the next round of the competition!

n the meantime, you can keep on sending your selfies, and we'll enter them into the next phase of our competition.
