After many hours of collaboration across multiple business functions, we worked diligently to improve on last year’s score of 53/100. We are excited to share that we have acheived a Bronze Rating, scoring significantly higher than last year. Final results will be shared in the coming weeks as we review responses and corrective actions set by EcoVadis.
EcoVadis is a sustainability ratings platform that provides an independent assessment of PERSOL Australia Holdings Pty Ltd performance across key areas including environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. For our internal operations, this means ensuring that our policies, processes, and practices align with international standards and can be supported by evidence. An emerging number of our clients and business partners now require an EcoVadis rating as part of their supplier approval process, so maintaining a strong score is essential not just for compliance but also for continued business.
This requires collaboration across functions - particularly in procurement, safety, quality, HR, and compliance, to ensure accurate data submission and ongoing alignment with best practice.
