ISO Certifications 2025 Announcement

We are pleased to confirm that we have now received the final report and certificates for our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone involved in this year’s audit program. Your cooperation, preparation, and commitment played a significant role in ensuring a smooth and successful audit process. The collective effort across all teams has been clearly reflected in the outcome.

It is pleasing to confirm that 4 new sites have completed Stage 2 audits and have been added to the Program:

• Chippendale (PUM)
• Belmont (PET)
• Wellington (PAI)
• Epping (OPS)
  
  

In addition to this Clayton South (OSP/PUM) and Woodridge (OSP) were transferred to the Persol Australia Holdings certifications. 

This year, only one minor non-conformance was raised across the entire program - an outstanding result that highlights the strength of our management practices and the robust governance of our integrated management system.

Notable Achievements (Head Office)

• Implementation of the new Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Completed a comprehensive materiality assessment aimed at identifying the most significant ESG threats and opportunities.
• Implemented robust cyber risk controls and new governance arrangements to reduce criminal cyber activities / threats.
• Implemented a new Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Gifts and Entertainment Policy and Guidelines as a key input to refreshing the Code of Conduct.
• Development of the organisation’s first AI Policy and supporting guidance, along with uplifting Privacy framework in response to tightening legislation.
• Significantly strengthened the focus on human rights, including on modern slavery and psychosocial risk management.
• New Health and Safety Handbook released 01/2025. The handbook went live on the GoApp in 5/2025.

Next Steps:

• Individual location reports will be distributed
• Please use the attached certifications to satisfy any compliance platforms or customer requirements for validity
• 2026 proposed locations will be in the November Quality & Sustainability Report
• Please replace the certificates in your contract management plans, bid and tender information and location foyers.
