To meet the evolving needs of the business and improve user experience, the design and implementation of the various forms available in ProSafe (Noggin) continues to be enhanced.
Updates have recently been made to the following:
- New Safety Engagement Type - L&D Activity. This has been added for HSEQ staff to add training where they are onsite and provide specific training to workers.
- Update on Competency Alerts - Notification for expiring competencies, this has now been resolved.
- Vehicle Inspections - With regards to alerting managers of issues that require attention, the user will be required to answer a question regarding whether they need to inform the manager.
- ICAM Investigations - now require the user to upload the paper-based form within the incident event.
Several new forms have also been developed, including the establishment of several public forms allowing external parties such as contractors to access and complete these forms via URLs.
New forms include:
- Plant & Equipment Risk Assessment Form- This has been added to allow risk assessments to be conducted on various items of plant and equipment for procurement, also for incident investigations and the 5 yearly update requirement.
- Quick Access Link Dashboard - Now includes a new tab for Public forms listing all the QR codes for each form.
- New Dashboards for Events and Inspection reporting through public forms.

- Critical Risk Reviews
Additionally, a process has been introduced that enables employees to fill out a form offline. Once reconnected to the internet, the form will update the ProSafe system. To access any offline forms, it is essential to sign in to the Noggin App before heading to a remote area.
