To meet ISO 9001 requirements, it's important that customer feedback is being captured.

To strengthen our approach to capturing customer feedback and meet the updated ISO 9001 requirements, all positive and negative customer feedback should now be recorded in ProSafe under Business Operations – Innovation & Feedback - “Customer Feedback”.

Centralising this information will allow feedback to be analysed for trends and recurring themes, helping us identify what is working well, where improvements may be required, and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
