Sonder provides a range of wellbeing services to support you and your family, covering both mental and physical health. If you’re feeling unwell, need medical advice, or have a sick family member, you can contact Sonder through the app via chat or phone. A registered nurse will assess your situation and help guide you to the most appropriate care. If a GP consultation is recommended, Sonder can refer you to a GP within their network for a telehealth appointment – **GP Connect**. As a Sonder member, you can access GP Telehealth services at a 20% discount off the standard consultation fee. GP Connect offers a convenient way to access medical advice remotely, which may help reduce the need for in-person visits where appropriate.
