We recently launched our new Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Gifts and Entertainment Policy, supported by detailed guidelines.

In an ever-evolving business environment, upholding the highest standards of integrity is essential for long-term success and trust. We recently launched our new Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Gifts and Entertainment Policy, supported by detailed guidelines that together with our Code of Conduct, provide a comprehensive framework that reinforces our commitment to ethical conduct and transparency across all levels of our organisation.

 

The new policy has been carefully developed to align with both global best practices and emerging legal requirements. It provides clear guidance on recognising, preventing, and reporting bribery, corruption, and improper practices relating to gifts and entertainment. By setting clear boundaries, the policy ensures that all interactions with customers, vendors/ suppliers, partners, and public officials are conducted transparently and without undue influence.

 

Key aspects include an approval process for offering or accepting gifts and hospitality, mandatory disclosure of potential conflicts of interest, and procedures for reporting suspected breaches. Training and other supporting resources are being developed to empower every team member to uphold these standards confidently in their day-to-day activities.
