Apprenticeship to A-Grade: Holly’s next chapter

Holly Howard recently completed her apprenticeship and officially qualified as an A-Grade Electrician. Off the back of her performance, she’s now stepped into a full-time role with PET, a well-earned milestone and a great example of what we can unlock when combining opportunity and genuine support.

Holly's journey reflects why apprenticeships matter. They create real pathways, build confidence through hands-on experience, and allow people to grow into their trade.
