Programmed has been a proud member of the National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO) for many years. Through Women Connect, we’re highlighting this partnership and encouraging our people to get involved.
NAWO is Australia’s leading network supporting gender balance and inclusive leadership across operational and traditionally male‑dominated industries. Through events, development programs and national networks, NAWO brings together women and allies to connect, learn and drive meaningful change. Whether you’re early in your career, an experienced leader, or an ally looking to support
inclusion, NAWO offers practical ways to connect and contribute.
We encourage all employees to explore what opportunities NAWO has to offer. As a NAWO member organisation, Programmed employees can access much of what NAWO offers at no additional cost. Simply register using your Programmed email address and check the T&Cs.
Spotlight: Isle Magsino (Business Improvement Manager - PFM, WA)
Isle Magsino (PFM, WA) has been actively involved with NAWO since 2019 and joined the NAWO Committee in March 2024. Reflecting on her experience, Isle shared:
"NAWO has inspired me to become more involved by volunteering as a Committee Member, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to this space. My goal is to promote gender equality in business, empower women to step forward and break barriers, and embrace the importance of men as allies in this journey."
If you’re curious about NAWO, or want to chat about opportunities to get involved, Isle is more than happy to share her experience. Please feel free to reach out to Isle directly.
