Women Connect Q3 - Trading Places

The fifth edition of Trading Places has just been released and we are thrilled to have one of our own inspirational leaders, Tegan Overall featured.
The Australian workforce is continuing to grow more and more diverse, and the skilled trades are seeing more women than ever join – and move up – the ranks. Every day, women pursue careers, start businesses and invigorate industries across the skilled trades, bringing a diverse range of valuable skills and experiences to the table.
Trading Places seeks out the individuals and businesses that are championing workplace diversity, sharing stories that highlight the benefits of gender diversity in trades. It also aims to show appreciation and support for tradeswomen, apprentices and women who wish to enter the trades.
The magazine features informative articles on pathways to workplace gender equality, the trades in high demand and what they entail, mental health and OH&S, education and training opportunities, support services, the latest tools of the trades, workwear and equipment, and profiles on emerging leaders and exciting new projects.
