This Friday, we hear directly from the legends involved in the rollout of Containers for Change at 29Metals Golden Grove!

In collaboration with Western Australia Return Recycle Renew (WARRRL), the Containers for Change initiative expands recycling efforts at the mine site and brings additional benefits to the wider community.

Here's what Talia Ford, Sustainability Lead at Golden Grove, had to say.

This photo is of Mimi Wong and I on a trip to 29Metals Golden Grove in WA as part of a support team for the Containers for Change roll-out.

Programmed partnered with Containers for Change and 29Metals to deliver the project which included the distribution of over 200 bins across the village and mine site.

Containers for Change improves recycling outcomes for drink containers which usually become litter, as well as earning 10c return per drink container. The refund will be donated to Royal Flying Doctor Service WA who deliver life-saving aeromedical services for regional WA.

Such an important initiative spearheaded by some truly passionate people! Great work, team.
