Our Energy & Resources West team celebrated a job well done with a team lunch and an escape room challenge, putting their teamwork to the test in a whole new way. ---   "Celebrating success and the people behind it.   Our Programmed Energy & Resources West team recently took some time out to celebrate the successful delivery of a project, with a team lunch followed by an escape room challenge.   It was a great opportunity to recognise the team’s hard work, connect outside of the day-to-day and strengthen the collaboration that helps us deliver great outcomes for our customers.   A well-deserved afternoon of teamwork, a few laughs, and some healthy competition.   Great work, team! 👏"   ![Escape Room 18.09.2026 - Admin Team](https://blog.programmed.com.au/hubfs/Internal%20Comms/Work%20and%20Smile/Fridays/Escape%20Room%2018.09.2026%20-%20Admin%20Team.jfif)   --- Thanks to Kathleen Locke for sharing this great story!
