This Friday, we share a recent engagement in Karratha, WA by a team member with an inspiring commitment for keeping our teams safe. Mark Noble, our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager in Western Australia, is driven by a deep commitment to ensuring a safe work environment. He firmly believes that effective safety systems should support workers by addressing practical needs rather than imposing additional bureaucratic burdens. Throughout his discussions, Mark emphasised the importance of understanding real-world conditions and integrating employee feedback into safety protocols.
