This Friday, we share a recent gathering of Programmed Property Services Graduate Business Development Managers from across Australia!
The bright minds convened at the two-day conference in Melbourne, giving graduates the opportunity to hear from previous grads (some of whom have been with us for 30+ years!) and other senior leaders, sharing their experiences and career journeys.
Potential future pathways were put on display with starry eyes inspired by stories of career progression into roles such as Executive General Manager, General Manager, and Branch Managers.
The graduates also attended workshops delivered by senior leaders, aimed at helping to enhance sales and business development skill sets. The event was also a perfect opportunity to network and build strong relationships with each other.
