Canberra Paint Team gives back with Bosom Buddies

Welcome back to Work and Smile Fridays - we hope you're pumped for even more incredible stories straight from our team members and learning what makes us all Work and Smile in 2026!

We have a beautifully rich bank of stories saved up for you, which means we're going to be backtracking a little to late 2025 for our first few tales from our teams.

This Friday, our Canberra Commercial Paint Team joins the Bosom Buddies anniversary dinner - celebrating the strength, courage and incredible support this organisation provides to people affected by breast cancer.

"Our Canberra Commercial Paint Team were all smiles as they joined the Bosom Buddies anniversary dinner to celebrate the incredible work this organisation does in supporting people affected by breast cancer.

As part of the evening, the team proudly presented a special raffle prize, a Programmed painter for a week, helping to raise funds for the cause.

It was a heartwarming night filled with connection, laughter, and community spirit.

We are so proud of our team, Jane, Laura, Ben and Amon, for representing Programmed with such kindness and for continuing to make a positive impact beyond the workplace!"
