This Friday, we're offering a (very!) belated congratulations to Property Services' Troy Maple - State Manager Grounds VIC/TAS for an outstanding 25 years of service!
Earlier this year, Troy Maple celebrated 25 years with Programmed - a huge milestone and a moment worth celebrating across the business.
Those who’ve worked closely with Troy know just how much of an impact he’s had - not only on the success of the Vic/Tas Open Space team, but on the people around him.
As Sam Catherine shared:
“Truly a remarkable milestone and one that goes hand in hand with your achievements in the Vic/Tas Open Space business. You are undoubtedly one of the most impressive operators in our business, and it’s a privilege to work alongside you.”
Victor Hodgson offered a brilliant and heartfelt reflection on Troy’s journey:
“One minute he’s a fresh-faced 16-year-old with a Nokia 3210 in his pocket, and the next - he’s running marathons, raising a family, and leading one of the largest Open Space businesses in Victoria.”
“Troy’s attention to detail is legendary. If a number is off or something’s gone astray, chances are he’s already spotted it and fixed it before the rest of us even knew it was there. He’s part marathon man, part manager, part myth - powered by espresso, high-vis and a sixth sense for rostering.”
And from his manager, Tony Murphy:
“Troy has played a crucial role in shaping the Vic/Tas business into what it is today. His leadership - especially through the integration of UMS and the mobilisation of the Whittlesea contract - has been nothing short of outstanding.”
Troy’s colleagues speak not just of a highly capable leader, but of someone who consistently goes above and beyond, supports his team, and never misses the details.
Troy, thank you for your 25 years of dedication and excellence. Your impact speaks through the voices of those who work alongside you every day. We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with you - and we hope you enjoyed a well-deserved long weekend!
Congratulations, Troy!
