This Friday, we share another big service milestone.
From humble beginnings as an Apprentice Painter in 2004 to a current role as Branch Manager in Darwin, Northern Territory, Programmed Property Services’ Kyle Burton has led a remarkable 20-year journey with the business.
Kyle's passion for excellence was evident early on when he won the prestigious Australian Apprentice of the Year award. His talent and commitment took him to the UK for six months, where he honed his skills with Whittles Painting, a former business partner of Programmed.
A thirst for knowledge and growth led Kyle to undertake further training as a Graduate, mastering every aspect of the painting business. His journey naturally evolved towards the operational side, setting the stage for his career with Programmed.
A pivotal moment in Kyle's career came in 2013 when he relocated to Darwin to work alongside Bert Woodward, his biggest mentor. This move not only expanded his skill set but also cultivated his leadership potential.

Leading the NT branch is no small feat, underscored by harsh climatic conditions and a transient community. Even with such challenges, Kyle's resilience has made him essential in ensuring the success of the branch.
A huge congratulations to Kyle! Here’s to many more years at Programmed.
