The number of people who attended was a true testament to the impact Phil has had on those around him.   The celebrations continued later that evening with drinks and dinner at his local hotel with friends and colleagues.   We thank Phil for his years of service, friendship, and commitment, and we wish him all the very best for his retirement and future endeavors."   --- Congratulations, Phil!
