Jeff’s approach highlighted his commitment to planning and teamwork. This ensures that every task is carried out with precision and respect for the people living and working there.   This moment reminded me that Jeff embodies the Work and Smile spirit of FOR We (Team). He and his crew consistently demonstrate that success is not just about completing the work, but about how it’s done, with care, collaboration, and pride in delivering for our clients.   It’s something I know Metlifecare deeply values in their partnership with us.
