Swapping the mechanic’s workshop for site inspections, he’s already exceeding expectations and and earning praise from his managers and team. George tells us all about his strong start in his own words! --- "Hi my name is George and I just started on 1st Oct, 2025 as an Audit Officer in Area 10 NSW. I used to be a mechanic before starting this job so doing what I do now is very different and took some time getting used to. My first month of working I was able to get more than the monthly KPI for the company which is 10% site inspections (area 10 has over 650 sites) and because I was able to get to all the sites we didn't get a defect for any of them this month and my managers are really happy with my performance. It feels good having this feeling of appreciation from not just the management but also the rest of my team and coworkers." --- Awesome work, George!
