This Friday, we (belatedly!) share Isle Magsino's story about December celebrations among the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team! 🎄🎁
In December, the OpEx team held 'Jingling and Mingling' events, hosting a raft of celebrations that included birthdays for the month and the power of gift-giving. Here's what Isle had to say:
"On the 6th of December, OpEx hosted an afternoon BBQ at the Park, extending the invite to every PFM employee in the Burswood office. Meet the BBQ crew team. (Who would have thought we will be faced by strong wind and BBQing will be a challenge?!) But we pulled it through.
We had more or less 65 people came down, enjoyed the sun and (wind). We were also joined by Alexi, a year 10 student from Applecross Senior High School who spent 5 days with us to gain an insight in the FM industry.
On the 13th of December, the OpEx team had a Secret Santa exchange gift. We also had best decoration and costume competition. Meet the Elf squad, not only did they look great, but the workstation decoration is as good as they wear! Finally, meet the team who joined the secret Santa!"
