This Friday, we share a story of teamwork and resourcefulness as the Programmed team ensured the extended life of a suite of perfectly repurposed couches! 🛋️
Michael Watts, Government Relations Stakeholder Manager in our Facility Management business, had the following story to share:
It was almost curtains for about 30 student accommodation couches at Perth’s Curtin University recently – until the Programmed Team stepped in!
Although the weather was warm there were smiles all around – and a ‘daggy dad’ thumbs up from Justice Reintegration Team Leader Ben Hasler - as the couches were collected from Curtin University and delivered to their new homes – the Banksia Hill Detention Centre and the Midland Learning Academy, a school for special educational needs.
Curtin Uni Facility Manager Danika Strachan said it was fantastic the couches could find a new home ahead of a student accommodation re-fit.
Awesome work, team! Also, how's that for a bit of tetris in the truck?! 🚚
