Anita Teo-Tavita was a finalist for the Mental Health and Wellbeing Award, recognised for her leadership in Mental Health First Aid training and her holistic approach to supporting worker wellbeing, both within Programmed and the wider community.
Aimee Daw was also a finalist for the Dominion Constructors Future Safety Leader Award, acknowledging her rapid growth and significant contributions to safety systems and culture since taking on her role as HSEQ Coordinator with Programmed.
