Day as Property Services teams across NSW and ACT come together to pause, connect, and create space for important conversations. --- "Today our Commercial Painting teams across NSW and ACT came together to recognise R U OK? Day, an important reminder to check in with each other and have meaningful conversations around mental health. Across our six branches, teams marked the day in their own way, from doughnuts and coffee catch-ups, to toolbox talks, to BBQs. Each activity created a chance to pause, connect, and reflect on what support looks like within Programmed and beyond. It was a simple but powerful reminder that sometimes just asking “Are you OK?” can make all the difference.
