Volunteering for a cause close to their hearts.

This Friday, we hear from Property Services Regional Manager David Bleakley, who shared a fantastic story about giving back to the community through volunteering for a very worthy cause. 🧡

For All of Us - Society and Community.

On Thursday 6th March, Programmed Property Services Palmerston North office staff supported the Multiple Sclerosis Society with a volunteer day, which included washing, gutter cleaning, and adding some fresh paint and graphics to their Manawatu Support Offices.

The before and after photos show the hard work done, and all enjoyed a fun day away from the office giving back to the community.

MMSS Office and Funding Manager Dessree Ragupathi sent a lovely email:

'It was so great meeting everyone on the team and experiencing the strong sense of community during the volunteering day. We’re really grateful for all the effort that went into it and beyond impressed with how everything turned out.

Over the years, we’ve built strong connections all working together to empower the lives of people with MS. With all this support and the incredible backing from supporters like Programmed, we’re able to continue meeting these needs and making a difference. A huge thank you again, we truly appreciate it'.

Nicola Ross, Treasurer at MMSS, said, 'I can’t explain what your amazing support is doing for our morale.'

MS is a disease that affects the central nervous system, and is close to home for our own Regional Manager, David Bleackley, who was diagnosed in 2023. Funding is limited, and any donations are appreciated. If you would like to support the wonderful work being done at MMSS, you can click below to donate.
