This Friday, we backtrack all the way to October 2025, where Safe Work Month gave our NSW Urban Maintenance team the chance to pause, reflect, and talk about what safety means to each of us - on every job, every day.
"Throughout October, the NSW Urban Maintenance team took part in Safe Work Month, focusing on the theme “Safety: Every Job, Every Day.”
Across the month, everyone was encouraged to create their own safety slogans and display them on the wall at our Chippendale depot. It was a great way to get everyone thinking about what safety means to them and how it applies to our work each day.
To wrap up the month, we came together for a ‘SafeTea’ morning tea, where we took some time to chat about safety, check out each other’s slogans, and reflect on the importance of looking out for ourselves and our teammates."
