Our first instalment of the series comes running out the gate with an incredible milestone recently celebrated by Programmed Property Service’s Ralph Baker – a whole 40 years with the business!
If you’ve played some kind of organised sport on grass in Auckland, NZ over the past 40 years, there’s a very good chance Ralph had a hand in marking the lines on the field.
Since taking up his role in the early 1980’s, Ralph began his career with the Ellerslie Borough Council and continued to serve through Borough and City Councils, Auckland Council, and now doing a fantastic job with us here at Programmed.
An average day in the life for Ralph consists of tasks like mowing, marking, and cleaning changing sheds.
“I like working outside rather than inside,” he said.
Amazing work, Ralph! Here’s to many more years.
