Coming from a completely different industry, Michael stepped into the Melbourne North West branch during a period of change and instability. Despite this, and the challenges that can come with working in a smaller satellite office environment, he has remained focused and highly committed from day one.
Michael has consistently demonstrated strong lead indicators, including high levels of phone calls, emails, customer appointments, and opportunities generated. This level of activity is particularly impressive given his background outside our industry. In recent months, this effort has started to translate into wins, and he has built an outstanding 3 month sales pipeline sitting at 14 times his budget. With this level of consistent activity, success is inevitable.
