Having a sales pipeline 3 times our quarterly budget is a clear indicator that we are quoting enough to be successful. Caroline regularly maintains a pipeline between 10-14 times her quarterly budget. With activity levels and conversion discipline like this, it’s no surprise that she is currently tracking at 240% of budget and has already exceeded $1m in Year 1 GP sales.
